Does Howl + Hide have a Lifetime Guarantee or Warranty?
YES! Howl + Hide unconditionally warrants that it will repair or, at their discretion, replace any and all products found to contain any defects in material or workmanship. This warranty covers replacement parts, material and labor. The warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, or products that have been modified in any way. Canvas items and belts are not included in Howl and Hide's lifetime guarantee.
To begin this process, customers should send all requests for warranty or repair work to firstname.lastname@example.org. Proof of purchase is required, so please include your order or receipt number and shipping address.
Does Howl + Hide have a return or refund policy?
YES! Howl + Hide offers a full refund on any Howl + Hide product within seven days of purchase. For orders that are shipped, refunds are offered within seven days of the order’s delivery. Exchanges for another Howl + Hide product or for Howl + Hide in-store credit are available within 30 days of the purchase date, or order delivery. Items must be in unused condition in order to be eligible for return. Any items that are customized or modified in way shape or form are not eligible for return or refund. We want you to be happy with your Howl + Hide product, and if, for some reason, you wish to return or exchange your item, please direct your request to email@example.com for further instructions.
Any Items that are shipped internationally are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
How does Howl + Hide ship their products?
We typically use USPS shipping. Shipping times vary depending on location. Orders over $100 are eligible for free shipping (U.S. only). All returns are processed through USPS. International orders are not eligible for free shipping and are not returnable for a refund or store credit.
Does Howl + Hide do custom work or repairs?
NO! Howl + Hide does not accept commissions for custom or one-off items of any kind. Howl + Hide does not offer repair services or custom modifications on any non-Howl + Hide products. We do offer a lifetime warranty on all H+H products and we do offer private label products for companies and individuals.
Private label products typically consist of a large run of customizable products for individuals or companies. Any requests for private label products should be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I put a "hold" on a Howl + Hide product?
NO! Howl + Hide does not, under any circumstances, “hold” or “reserve” products for any customers who are not in store. If you wish to purchase an “in-store only” item, please email email@example.com and maybe we can work something out, but no guarantees.
