With materials like leather, thread, + rivets sometimes breaks happen despite the quality of the materials that we use. We want you to have peace of mind that if this were to happen to your product that its totally covered. The value of a Howl + Hide bag is in the quality and longevity of the product as such we warrant this product against defects in material + craftsmanship under normal use and maintenance for the life of the item.
What that means is Howl + Hide will repair or replace any part of product found to be defective. Any item(s) approved for return by Howl + Hide service department must be shipped with prepaid return label so we can get it back to you. If we can fix your wallet or bag we will do that. If its irreparable, we will replace it. Please note that leather colors and finishes used in our products will change from time to time as will styles and branding/logos. In the event we no longer carry the product purchased from us we will provide a store credit of equal value of the original purchase.
We understand that life happens and we want to ensure that you are the most happy with your products purchased from us. We cannot provide this warranty if your item has been resold or traded. Also warranty does not include charges connected with shipping, freight, custom fees, or duties to ship product.
