Returns & Exchanges
Howl & Hide will gladly accept returns for exchange within 7 days of delivery if you do not like your item for any reason at all minus the cost of shipping. Once we have received your returned item we will issue your refund. Please expect refunds to be deposited within 7-10 business days. We do accept exchanges on items within 14 days of delivery as long as the item is in new condition. If you ordered an item with a "free shipping" option, then the full cost of the item minus the actual shipping will be refunded.
Items purchased on sale, at a discount, or any preordered items are not subject to return for exchange. If you feel that the condition of your item does not match what the listing stated, please email us at info@howlandhidesupply for our consideration.
Please note: Howl & Hide cannot assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Howl & Hide. All refund or exchange request are subject to Howl & Hide approval.

Can I request a custom order?
We do accept custom orders every now and again on our leather items. Please let us know how we can make your bag perfect for you. These inquiries should be limited to our current designs as we do not produce full custom ordered products. We do offer custom stamping for businesses and large quantity orders. How long will it take to receive my order?
All of our products are handcrafted by our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. Due to the nature of our work we have a lead time of 2-4 weeks on all small goods such as wallets and clutches. For all bag orders please allow a production time of 5-7 weeks. We understand the length of time in ordering is higher than online retailers but we pride ourselves on the quality of work we produce. If your order is longer than expected we will reach out to you via email with production status. Please direct all emails regarding order status to firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
Once you purchase an item from our website you will receive a confirmation email stating the summary of items purchased. Once an item has shipped we will send you a shipping email with your tracking number.
What do I need to do if I need to change my order or shipping information?
If you need to change your order or your shipping information, please email us immediately at email@example.com so we can update your order. We may or may not be able to make the change, depending on how quickly you get in touch with us, but we will do our best.
How do I care for my new leather goods?
All products made from natural leathers, like satchels, will age with time. Just like our own skin, it will need moisturising and caring for if they’re to be kept in tip-top condition throughout the years. Even with excellent care, they will still age; there’s no avoiding this; a well looked after and aged satchel is just beautiful as a new one, if not even more so. We suggest using Blackrock Leather 'n' Rich on your items to speed up the aging process and to keep your items conditioned.
